The Flood would have come about the year 1656.  Methusaleh died the year the FLOOD came, and that's what his name means in Hebrew-  "When this man dies it shall be sent." You see, Enoch was a prophet according to the book of Jude. His whole Biblical recorded prophecy is in the name of his son.  Enoch prophesied when he named him.  He was saying,  Keep your eyes on my boy, because when he dies judgment is going to come.
